The sims won't launch on my computer. Every time I try to start up the game there is a popup that says "Unable to start: The Sims 4 is already running. [ed35e0ra:29f00e76:00000000:18a1dd51]" I have restarted my computer and have attempted to repair the sims. I have had this problem for a few days now and I don't know what to do.
