Hi, I’ve been having a problem with the sims 4 recently and I don’t know what to do. I have problems with it pretty frequently but I don’t know how to fix my game this time and I think it’s a problem with the ea app. So last year I had the same problem. I go to play the sims 4 but an error pops up and it says the game is already running. My game is not running and I’ve restarted the ea app and my computer but it doesn’t help. I took out my mods folder because I hoped that had something to do with it but it didn’t. I uninstalled the ea app because that usually helps fix things but not this time. I saw some stuff about how it could be a firewall or something preventing the game from opening and to allow it by going to your computer settings so I looked but my game already has access to it so that can’t be the problem. I really don’t know what to do and I can’t remember what I had to do last year because it was so frustrating and it took me a week to figure out so I guess I blocked that out on purpose lol. I don’t currently pay for windows defender or anything like that so it can’t be that. I would love suggestions so thank you.
