Please help me guy, I’m trying every way but it doesn’t work too. Should I reinstalling The sims4?

@mabearchu  Are you saying you tried every suggestion in the first post of this thread, including playing in a new, local, admin Windows account?  If not, please go over the suggestions again.

If none of them help(ed), please let me know what antivirus you use.  Please also list the location where the game is installed, which you can see in the EA App, under Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons.
