kcc0rauniio4 Did you make the new Windows account local? Some players have run into trouble because they link their Microsoft account or another email address. You should be able to say you don't have the user's info a few times in a row until Windows stops asking, and then you have a local account.
Additionally, if you use a third-party antivirus, it could have affected the new account too.
This error was also briefly caused by an issue with the computer's date and time. Try setting your computer's time to something else, then letting it sync with internet time again. If that doesn't work, try dialing back the date to a couple days ago.
