Alaska5562 Don't search. That doesn't usually help. Open the successive folders until you get where you need to go. Start by opening File Explorer and clicking This PC in the left panel. Double-click the C drive, then Users, then your username, then Documents. If you don't see anything there, open Users > your username > OneDrive > Documents.
And again, a new local admin Windows account would get around all of this.
