After the latest update the game has been extremely laggy. Sims are just standing there for ages before doing the qued actios. I have to reset my sims very often and the game has been crashing a lot. Moving the camera is also laggy. I don't have any mods or cc.
Also the fridge hasn't been working properly. When clicking the fridge it takes a while for the options to appear and sometimes the option for leftovers isn't showing even if there is leftovers in the fridge.

Run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator." Restart your laptop afterwards and before trying to play.
I would also check the Task Manager's Startup tab and disable anything that doesn't need to be running at startup. The reason I say this is it looks from your dxdiag like you have a lot of background services running, and most of them probably don't need to be open. Disabling an app at startup doesn't mean it won't work, only that it won't automatically open with Windows and eat resources while you don't need to use it.
Finally, the EA App has crashed a few times recently. So if the above steps don't help, try uninstalling and reinstalling the App. Restart your computer in between steps.
