Alaska5562 Yes, delete this particular Electronic Arts folder, or the Sims 4 folder inside. It's a partial install of the game and needs to go. I just wanted to make sure there wasn't anything inside you might want to keep, like an old saves folder. If the other folder only has these subfolders inside (no saves, no Tray, nothing else you might want to keep), you can delete it too.
As for screenshots, you can click Windows key-shift-S and drag your cursor over the portion of the screen you want to capture. Click the notification in the lower-right corner of the screen to see the image, and save it to your desktop. From there, you can drag it into a reply window to upload it to this site.
