After updating to the latest version yesterday, I get this error:

Unable to start:

The Sims™ 4 is already running.

[ed35e0ea:29f00e76:00000000:18a1dd51]

 

But I am not running Sims 4 at all. :(

    Could you please provide the following information

    - Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.

    - What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox). Please pick a thread tag for that.
