anyone know how to fix the sims not even launching? I have no mods, free space on my computer, and no new things since the last time I played except for its update. I click play and it always gives me and error code and wants me to remove mods. Which I don’t use. I have tried to repair sims, uninstalling and reinstalling sims 4 and the ea app but nothing works.
Hi @claireSLeventing Since you've done a game repair already and have an empty Mods folder, try a folder refresh: Exit Sims 4 then drag your whole Sims 4 folder from Document > Electronic Arts to your desktop. Then launch the game.
