I recently got back on my PC specifically the EA app after staying off it for quite a while and was told to update the Sims 4

and after updating the game I attempted to launch the game and it said the Sims 4 was unable to launch because I have mods in the game and told me to delete the mods from the game (which I can't get into) or restart or repair the game from Origin.
