How do I get sims 4 to load thru ea without origin as this is the first time I’ve tried to play it on my new pc and didn’t realise origin no longer exists I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling I’ve tried using Ea app on my pc I’ve tried steam and I’ve tried to contact the help page but es website is useless and won’t load up the chat or won’t let me into my case that I have open and there is no option to send a ticket or email which to me seems like poor customer services. But yh has anyone got any fixes before I get a refund from Ea for money wasted on a game and add ons

cannot start because game data is missing or damaged if you have mods please remove them and try again. If not please repair or reinstall the game via origin.
i have repaired the game thru ea 4 times after each download I have tried to download the game with out the DLCs and still get the same issue I have tried downloading the game on steam as well as EA still get the same message so out of options here
