@Amariilee A few questions to get you in the right tech support a non-mod/CC user:

  1. Are you on Windows or a Mac computer?
  2. What is the exact error code or message you have? A screenshot would be helpful.
  3. In addition to reinstalling and repairing, are there any other troubleshooting steps you've done?

im unsure how to do much with troubleshooting. I did make a new user on my pc and it works there. I attached a screenshot of the error I get and have no cc on windows
