Hello!
I am getting the error message below that says Unable to Start because game data is missing or damaged. I uninstalled and re-installed a million times. I deleted save files. I ran the verification. I originally had it on steam but switched to origin so I could try repairing the game and nothing was working. The error message and my dxdiag are both attached below. Please help me, I don't know what else to do.

Your dxdiag doesn't show any obvious problems, certainly nothing that would explain this issue. It also doesn't list any Sims 4 crashes at all, which is not a surprise—with this error, the game is blocked from launching, rather than starting to load and then crashing.

I just figured it out. I thought I had gotten rid of all my Sims 4 folders but there was another one hiding in my documents folder on my one drive. I deleted the most recent save files and it ended up working lol
