every other forum post says this is a mods issue. it's not. i have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, the ea app, everything to do with the sims 4. the entire game is FRESH with ZERO MODS installed. as someone who bought the game on steam, before it was free, i WILL file a complaint with steam is this issue is not rectified. it is disgusting that whatever ea broke by switching from the origin app to the ea app is now locking people out of purchased content. this is unacceptable behaviour from such a large company. fix the game
