I have the exact same error code after the Nov 1 update. The game was working ok yesterday. I have never installed any mods. I'm on an HP 17 gaming laptop and just wasted two hours trying to figure out what to do, searching for clues, etc.; tried a recommended graphics switch which didn't work. I mean, really, who has this kind of time to spend troubleshooting a game every month?
