@JeMangeMCDO  Wiping your computer would have taken care of many of the possible causes of this error, but not all of them.  For example, if OneDrive is running on this computer, it could be interfering now just as it was before.  So please review the suggestions in the first post of this thread:

And try any that apply to you now.  The error covered in that thread is a bit different, but the causes are largely the same.

@puzzlezaddict Thanks a lot ! My issue was the user folder (I've never used OneDrive since it's an invasive software) I still dont know why my reset didnt do anything but thanks for the solution man, you are life saving 🙏
