I have tried every solution I have come across from re-installing the game + launcher to checking my firewall and antivirus settings.

I am all out of ideas on how to beat this issue.

I have 370 Hours in game previously but a new install has stopped me from adding to this.

All CC and Mods are removed.

All software is up to date.

Please help

    heey i was having this issue and then i tried playing other games as well all were giving me an issue, and it was that i needed to update the graphic card drive or something like that, so you could try checking that out(? hope you can solve it!!

      My graphics drivers and windows software is all up to date but thank you.

      Also I can play other games on the EA app, just not The Sims
