I try to launch Sims 4 today and it has error 135dec40:29f00e76:00000084:18a1dd51 when I launch.
I permitted it through Windows Defender, I made sure drivers were up to date, I cleared cache, I verified integrity of files via Steam, I uninstalled/reinstalled, I removed all mods, I restarted PC.
I'm out of ideas.
EricLane Voltageeeeeee This error is typically antivirus-related, so please set exceptions in yours for TS4_x64, TS4_DX9_x64, and TS4_Launcher_x64, or the entire Bin folder they're in. Set an exception for EADesktop.exe as well.
You may need to repair the game first.

I did allow TS4_x64, TS4_DX9_x64, and TS4_Launcher_x64 through the Windows Defender firewall. I permitted the entire BIN folder. I "verified integrity of game files" via Steam. I cannot use the repair function via EA app because that option doesn't exist. I guess because I bought it on Steam. I also allowed EADesktop.exe and the EA launder through Windows Defender.
I just tried running the app as administrator and it is still not working. I could really use help.
