Cursor moving too fast

Whenever I go to rotate the camera in game it spins uncontrollably fast, this problem began yesterday and I hadn’t updated the game or added any new mods/cc.  After closing the game it would not open again. I’m only reporting this because I have done everything to try and fix this issue, I reinstalled the game and repaired it, I made a new Electronic Arts folder, which finally enabled the game to open but the initial camera problem still exists. I have no script mods enabled, I turned off the Origin Overlay, I have never installed a reshade. It’s making the game unplayable for me.
