Cursor trail

@Aquarose564  Have you enabled pointer trails in general?  The option should be under Windows Settings > Devices > Mouse > Additional mouse settings > Pointer options.

Please temporarily disable any special options you've been using as well, for example accessibility settings to make the mouse more visible.  You can review this article if you're not sure where to look:
