Custom Content not showing up in The Sims 4

I've downloaded the clothes, put them into the Mods folder, resource.cfg file is there, but the custom content  isn't showing up in game, which is weird. Any help?

Hey

I always put my CC in the mods folder and my script mods are turned on, but when I go to where you can see all the mods and cc in your game I always have nothing in there!!

Please help!!😕

Do you also have custom content turned on or only the script mods ?

Are you using oneDrive ?

    I do have CC on and I think I have OneDrive but when I click on the show CC button none of my CC shows up.

    Did you add the mods to your onedrive or local folder ?
