Missing Cats & Dogs

Hi, first time posting, so basiclly in 2018 I bought the sims 4 with a cats & dogs pack. The problem is I still have the basic game but without my pack. I don't know whats wrong I didn't delete anything. It's seems like the pack just vanished of my laptop? Anyway any ideas of why I don't have it?
