Deleted sims 4
I signed onto my ea account and just discovered that the app says that I have to download the Sims 4 again! I had almost all of the expansions Game and Stuff packs available including the sims 4 Hors...

@awildcat16 Try clearing the App's cache:

and restarting your computer.
If that doesn't help, try redownloading Sims 4 to the same location as you used before, where the game's program files should still be. The App may simply verify the presence of the data and finish the install process rather than downloading everything from scratch.
I don't remember if EA app has it, but Origin had a function to detect games... That was useful several times after reverting to older system backup.
