Community ManagerAfter running DX11 I noticed that for a moment indeed everything is smoother but then it starts lagging again. Also GPU and CPU usage got higher and fans were going like insane. It started lagging and I noticed frame drops. Also GPU and CPU both temps got way higher than usual. I have updated drivers.
After doing some more testing with game settings and even uninstalling reshade, I just noticed that the game started running poorly in general. It became unstable and started taking a lot of resources (GPU and CPU). It uses less RAM though which is good. What is not good however is the overall performance which is unstable and takes too much resources even in the main menu. I hope it will get worked on somehow.
I also noticed a small bug (?) that I can't tab out from the game when running DX11.
I don't know, maybe possibly AMD and NVIDIA would need to update drivers as if it was new game, since DX11 got introduced. Maybe if they did there was more compatibility and the game wouldn't have fps drops and using as many resources since current drivers that worked with TS4 are DX9.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Running TS4 in DX11 and open the game or live mode.
What happens when the bug occurs? Game starts to use too much resources (even in the main menu) and becomes unstable, using too much GPU and CPU making the PC go insanely loud. The game itself literally starts acting like if it had memory leak, causing resources to be used more than necessary. Game is old and not as demanding but while in DX11 it starts using resources as if it was a very demanding game. It also becomes laggy when moving the camera. DX9 is mote stable and these problems doesn't occur.
What do you expect to see? Stable game which doesn't use as much resources and runs as smoothly as previously in DX9. Also I expect to be able to tab out of the game.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes. But I tested the game in DX11 both with and without mods and the result is the same.
