I purchased a Build Your Own Bundle, but then realized that I used the wrong payment method so I got a refund through PayPal since I couldn’t find a way to contact EA. I tried repurchasing and now the content shows as in my library but it won’t download. How do I contact EA to get help with this?

If you submitted a refund through PayPal for this bundle, then most likely these packs have been removed from your account and you won't be able to download them- I'm not able to verify this with you over the forums as I don't have access to your specific account information, so we'll want live support to take a look with you.
