Double payment- The Sims 4 expansion packs
I can't find any proper mean of contacting you- no e-mail address, no one answering on your chat. No one answering on your fb page either, very basic and unhelpful bot on X. I want to talk to a human, I want a normal e-mail adress.

I'm trying to resolve my matter for almost 1,5h now so please just get it fixed it here. I have two double payments for The Sims 4 ex. packs. I want my money back.

Here on the forums we don't have access to your account information or billing details, so we're not able to process a refund on AHQ.
However, if you've been charged twice for a purchase, the live support team can take a look and get a refund processed for that extra charge. In order to contact live support, you can use the link here.
You'll want to select EA app as the product, then Orders-> I want a refund. From there, you'll see the current available contact options.
