Downloaded Sims 4 get together and it's not working?

So I just downloaded the Sims 4 expansion "Get together" I have the base game and everything so I figured it would be pretty straight forward from there. I've downloaded it all, restarted origin and the computer, and for some reason it's still not letting me gain access to the features of the new pack. I can't see the new town, any new clothes or hairstyles etc, even though it says that it's all installed and ready to go. Can anyone help?
