Downloading expansion pack (Cats and Dogs)
hi there, I recently bought the cats and dogs expansion packs, but it hasn't been downloading the map nor the items. I've tried looking at multiple places to where I could look at my DLC packs and download it but I could not see where they are. I've tried Steam but it doesn't give me an option to download it, only repurchase. I've tried the EA website, nothing there but to manage it on steam. I have also tried the Sims 4 app, but again it only tells me that I have purchased it. Could anybody be willing to help me locate it so i could add cute animals to my gameplay? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated, thank you!!

Was your pack originally purchased through Steam? It sounds like you may have the wrong Steam account linked with your EA account- you'd need to be sure the Steam account that your DLC was originally purchased on is linked up to your EA account.
