well i dont know what cas is but when i download them it come bald and all i can seem to get is what is on the sims 4 but i just cant see why every can and i cant

I downloaded custom hair styles and it's a package file. Where do I put this file so that it shows up in CAS when I go in the game? In other words, what Sims 4 folder location on my pc? Thanks!
