Duplicates on packs

Hiiii! So I have bought some packs whit Appel Pay and most on the packs has comes as duplicates. So I have two of the same world but only one that I can play whit. I have lite five packs that have the same problem. Has someone had the same problem or know how I can solve the problem... :/

    Hey WimmaDodo​,

    If you made these purchases through EA directly, our support team should be able to take a look at any duplicate packs that may have been accidentally picked up. This page will let you see if those can just be refunded directly with our refund tool, but if that's not doing the trick you can scroll down to the Contact us option on that same page to get in touch with support directly.  

    If these were purchased through a different retailer, the support team may refer you back to speak with them instead or may need some additional proof of purchase details depending on the situation. This page will walk you through grabbing that information if needed!

    Hi!! Thank you! I talked to the support today and they said that the team was going to take a look at the problem and that hey couldn’t do anything right know. Do you know how long it can take? They also send me a link that took me here and said that I maybe could find someone that had experience the same problem.

    Hey WimmaDodo​,

    That would depend on when those purchases were originally made as well as some other account specifics, so it's nothing I'd be able to determine or detail here on the forums I'm afraid.

    When it comes to duplicate purchases, unfortunately no one on the forums would be able to assist. Anyone that had this issue in the past would have also needed to have support take a look since they'd be the ones able to make adjustments to certain purchases, depending on the situation. I would definitely recommend resuming the case from your case history page to speak with support again if you still had any concerns.
