senemer Uninstall Sims 4 from both the EA App and Steam. Reinstall it only through Steam, and install the packs you own in Steam as well. Open the EA App, click Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons, and download the packs you own there, but NOT a second copy of the base game. Then everything should download into the Steam install and work as if you owned all of it in Steam.
