33Centralstreet Please install the newest graphics driver Dell offers for your laptop. You only need the Intel driver, not the Nvidia one.

Once you've done that and restarted, I'd suggest letting that website look for other outdated drivers. Click This Device and enter your service tag, and the site should take care of the rest. Restart again when it's done. If this doesn't help, please post a new dxdiag.
