Zlringer94 Your dxdiag is missing some information that makes me wonder whether the graphics driver is installed properly. But first, please run the system file checker. Click Windows key-X and choose "Command Prompt (Administrator)," NOT the regular Command Prompt; it has to be the Admin version. Copy and paste this command, and enter:
sfc /scannow
The scan will take some time; please post the result here.
Next, please do a clean uninstall and reinstall, as described here:
https://crinrict.com/blog/2019/02/clean-re-install-of-graphics-drivers-with-display-driver-uninstaller-ddu.html
Finally, uninstall the EA App with Revo Uninstaller (the free version is fine). Use the Intensive scanning method, and restart your computer before reinstalling the App.
If none of this helps, please post a new dxdiag. Please also look for new errors in the Reliability Monitor. Hit Windows key-R and enter "perfmon /rel" without quotes, and you'll see a chart of errors and updates with a column for each day. Today is on the right.
Look for an error that happened at exactly the time of your most recent attempt to open the EA App. If you find one, double-click it to see more details, then copy that info and paste it into a reply here. If you don't see a new error, check back in an hour or so—the Reliability Monitor doesn't always update right away. If you still don't see anything, please post all true errors (not updates or warnings) from after you ran sfc.
