Ravingbantha Neither Revo nor the EA App should have a problem with a custom install location. I have Sims 4 installed on D as well on one of my computers, and it hasn't been an issue.
If you want to uninstall and reinstall, you can go through the normal uninstall process, or use the Windows function, and then use Piriform's CCleaner (the free version is fine) to remove any leftover hidden files and registry entries.
