EA App Won't let Me Reinstall the Sims 4 game at all!

I was finally able to uninstall the Sims 4 game from My EA App (like the EA Agent wanted me to do) but through the Apps list section, cause the EA App did not give me the option to uninstall the game, (But) now the EA App won't let me Reinstall the game back, it gives me that Game not owned error message yet again.

Methods I tried to be able to fix My problem>

I have Uninstalled & Reinstalled EA App.

I have Uninstalled the EA App & Reinstalled Origin only to be made to go back to EA App, therefore can't use Origin at all.

I Have cleaned out the EA App Cache like 10 times.

I Have Cleaned out the Temp folder like 5 to 7 times already as well.

I have also clicked the EA App Updater like 5 times as well.

So the Problem (Can't) be on my end, I need EA Help to be able to get Sims 4 back & installed on My EA App . :(

    I forgot to mention that I also tried Reinstalling My Original Sims 4 game disk, it want's Origin but EA App won't let that run, so can't

    Reinstall game through Origin on My PC, which is a Windows 10 desktop pc, (intel) Microsoft Edge.

    BlueBlack007  You say you're seeing the Game Not Owned message when you try to install, but does the EA App otherwise think you own the game?  As in, does it appear in your game library, and are the packs you own still listed as owned under Add-ons?  Click Sims 4 in your game library, if it's there, and you'll see Add-ons below the title and above the icon.
