Hello, I bought a new sims 4 extension on a platform other than ea and after validating the code an update is launched but instead of the downloaded logo in my extension, it says new. The game does not detect it and the store offers me to buy it. I decided to buy it again out of despair but I refused payment and I assure you that the problem does not come from my card.

Blooodtears96 What expansion did you buy, and where do you see "new" instead of a Download button? It would help if you posted a screenshot.
I'm not sure what you mean about buying it again and refusing payment though.
It's the last on this picture. I wanted to enter the game code and since then I can't download it and the game offers me to buy it. I have it but I don't have it, it's very strange. I uninstalled everything then installed, nothing to do.
I had two codes for the game expansion and I only entered the code for the bonus items. I'm stupid. Thanks anyway for your time. Have a good evening. 😄
