EA won't launch the game (the sims4)
Hi, I'm having an issue with the Sims 4 launcher. EA shows "preparing the game" but nothing is happening and it returns to the main menu. I looked up any broken mod, but it still won't start even aft...

iliva02 Please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
Please also let me know what antivirus you use, and whether OneDrive is running on this computer, even if you never use it.
