My sims won’t update after updating

My game is completely updated but I can’t find the new free furniture in game. I’ve been asking if I needed to claim anything but no one can’t give me a straight answer. I disabled all my mod’s, cc. I’ve repaired the game and uninstalled and installed. I’m confused why I can’t find the new base game features
