[EBN] Blue fog in Innisgreen

I'm not sure if it's a bug or a technical issue. I checked all my saves, with mods, without mods. Took my whole mods folder out, same problem. 
The blue fog keeps coming at night time. In all 3 saves I have. Without mods (completely removed), with mods, with a fresh mods folder, mods turned off.
Not sure if other people have this problem. I know a friend of mine does.
She fixed it by turning 'edge smoothing' or something off. I did the same, and the problem still wasn't solved.
This screenshot is on the tree lot but I also have it on other lots in that neighborhood. 

EDIT by crinrict: Adjusted thread tags. Please choose EITHER mods or mods removed or never mod, not all of them. If you usually use them but removed them, Mod/CC is the proper tag. Thanks. Also added pack tag
