Enable debug cheats not working when trying to shift click on a sim

Enable debug cheats not working when shift click on my Sim. No extra cheats pop up.

What did you do to enable the cheat?

Did you try ctrl+shift+c and then 'testingcheats on' ?

    Yes but it's just the shift click is not working

      Do you get the feedback that the testingcheats are enabled?

      Is the shift button being used by an program in the background?

        Yes. But I saw that on YouTube if u shift click on a Sim more options show up
