Entertainer Career bugged out
I'm not sure what's going on but it seems that the entertainer career is bugged as It mostly skips over for some reason. I tried repairing the game itself and removing many mods and still no effect.

Removing only part of mods isn't enough. After two recent patches, most scripts mods and a large part of CC are broken.
Move the mods folder to the desktop.
Delete localthumbcache.package file in the game - important!
Fix the game in Origin.
Origin/Library -right-click on TS4 - option "Repair game"
You have to wait until Origin will fix all packs, not only the base game.
Turn on the game to create a new, empty mods folder and check if a game is working now properly without mods and CC.
Check if there are new updated versions of the mods and CC you are using.
Then copy from desktop your mods and CC and paste it in the new mods folder. First, paste script mods one by one every time checking if the game is OK. Do the same with CC but if you have a lot of this, try the 50/50 method. ( divide your CC into smaller batches for example 50 pieces in one subfolder and check these subfolders one by one)
I don't work for EA I done the moethod and soon as I start the game without mods. It's still doing the same thing only he would be at work at a very short time but then he returns as if he's finshing working.

Unfortunately, there is an option that your old save is spoiled. I have to check tomorrow if this is a game bug already reported.
For now, you can do the factory reset game folder, it can eliminate this error.

Maybe your sim takes lunch packs to work? It can cause this issue.
OK I reinstalled everything but the ploblem still exists but I found out that it's the save itself because appearently It doesn't happen at the other save

You can try to do the factory reset as is described in this post below but there is no guarantee that it will fix your save
