Hit control shift C
Type: testingCheats on
Then type: cas.fulleditmode
Then hit shift and click the Sim and click reset object (debug)
This just worked for me.

This just worked for me.I tried this and when I did shift click all I got was the normal click menu. >.>
Now I know my computer is completely up to snuff in terms of being able to run this game. It's far better than it needs to run TS3, let alone 4. This shouldn't be happening. >.>
