Sharkpup65 It's possible your computer has some malware, but that doesn't necessarily mean you need to do a fresh install of Windows, at least not yet. Please run a Windows Defender virus scan while offline. How to do so is covered here, under Scan Options:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/virus-and-threat-protection-in-the-windows-security-app-1362f4cd-d71a-b52a-0b66-c2820032b65e
Check the results as described, and let me know what it finds. Then roll back the most recent Windows update and do another scan, just to be thorough.
If this doesn't help, do you have access to another computer that you could use to build a recovery environment? Do you have a spare USB onto which you could load some (free, reliable) virus scanning tools? I can explain where to go from here if you're interested.
However, if you'd prefer to do a fresh install of Windows, whether that's because you don't have access to another computer or because you just don't want to keep troubleshooting, that's also a valid approach. After all, you're the one who's spending the time on this.
