error code 00000008:00000000000000c8

I was decorating and I wanted to leave the game so I put on save game but the screen stayed like that, I can't delete the game tab or delete it, I already removed the mods and it still doesn't work, I put the mods back and renamed them and it doesn't work either, I had only added one mod, if anyone knows how to solved this I would appreciate it very much
