Hello! I am also having this issue! I just got a new PC laptop, and I believe I have windows 10 or 11. Downloaded Sims 4 on EA and this message pops up with a bunch of mandarin! Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix it?

If you're using the EA Desktop App, you can also try using Origin instead.

@Glowbug611 My solution is install your The Sims 4 in your Program Files folder, don't confuse it with Program Files (X86). The path should be C:/Program Files/The Sims 4.
