error message when trying to play game

Here it is day 2 and im still unable to play my sims4 game after the last 2 updates. They stated they did an hard fix and it didnt fix anything, im still unable to play my game. Its not even crashing it just simply wont load, i still have all my cc none were deleted THANK GOODNESS. Its really starting to make me not want to play anymore 104 HOURS and 9 mins gone to waste.

    ume3re8otle6​  What error are you getting when you try to play?  Please post a screenshot or write out the text.  And does the error appear with your Mods folder removed?  You don't need to save your progress; this is just for testing.
