Error message when trying to upload sims on the gallery

Hello, I tried to upload sims on the gallery recently and it suddently stopped working. I uploaded a family in a new save (I don't have any mods or cc in this, it's a completely new folder and game)...
cc or mods removed

I made further tests and it works for other sims but not the one I had primarily issues with, I don't know what about it could cause the problem and prevents it from being uploaded
