Error MSVCP100.dll missing file 2017 Windows 10

Every time I click to start my Sims 4 I get this Error and I've done Everything possible to make it go away I'm on Windows 10...☹️😞

    I installed iTunes and it worked lol 😕 so weird....

did you uninstall and reinstall the VC++ Redistributable ?

Yes twice just to make sure and still nothing ☹️
