Expansion pack not working
So basically I recently got the seasons expansion pack and the actual seasons and events work and stuff but the build mode items and cas items from the pack don't really work. For example, the build mode are like either have a red x on them and can not be placed or a rainbow ish color that I can place and works for example the Christmas tree my sim can put decorations on it. But i can not change the color so it's always that rainbow ish color. For the cas items are broken and the image to select it, most of it is invisible or has that red and white checkered pattern with a question mark on it and when I put it on, it either has has that red and white checkered pattern with a question mark on it or the part of the body is missing and a black square is on the mouth and around it and a question mark on the forehead. Does anyone know the solution, because I would like to able to play freely. Fyo I have mods and cc if that helps.
qxauri Please manually uninstall and reinstall Seasons. Make sure the EA App is closed and the EABackgroundService is NOT running in the Task Manager; it would be in the background processes list. Open the game's install location, here by default:
C:\Program Files\EA Games\The Sims 4
Directly inside that folder, delete the EP05 folder. Then open Delta and delete the EP05 folder there. Clear the EA App's cache:

and repair the game (Sims 4 > Manage > Repair), then install Seasons again. Wait until it's confirmed finished before launching the game.
