Hi 1823018 , it's very likely you are not using the right account to log in. I can see your account in here has been created 2 days ago, so you must have an older EA account where your expansion are registered. Try to log in with different usernames or email addresses (if you ever purchased on EA app you should find confirmation emails on the right email address). If you can't find the correct account, you can get in touch with EA Help since you still have your product codes, they will be able to locate the account where they have been registered.
